Project Management

One of the most key area’s to the successful completion of a commercial catering equipment installation is project management. It provides the backbone of our business ensuring we meet your expectations within the time constraints of the project. Our team of project managers are some of the most experienced in the industry having worked with schemes various.
We keep you at the centre of our focus throughout the entire technical process from initial engagement meetings, through co-ordination of trades to onsite installation of the catering package. We work with hospitality and catering projects encompassing a wide variety of sectors, access restrictions, challenging timescales all whilst maintaining stringent health and safety standards and compliance with local and national regulations. Our project management team are fully qualified to enable your catering scheme to be installed safely and efficiently.

Investment & Experience

Investing heavily In the correct technology to bring your project to fruition is central to our philosophy at Link2Link. Being leaders in the catering sector enables our project managers to have a better insight into the operation at an earlier stage meaning co-ordination and compliance are engaged far earlier in the design process reducing the likelihood of any conflict at project management stage.

Our team understand the build requirements of a project as a whole and have a great understanding of other trades needs when creating the kitchen environment. We are able to work collaboratively with your team and contractors to create a collective programme that meets the requirements of all stakeholders in the project. We never rest on our laurels and will always be proactive in driving the project forwards for you.

Once a project has been installed we then guide the scheme through a thorough testing and commissioning process including any relevant gas safety checks to ensure your full compliance with all statutory regulations at the point of handover. Stemming from this we will also provide a full set of O & M manuals and a demonstration of all the equipment we have provided to the catering team.

At Link2Link we continue our support process even after the installation phase. We have a dedicated service department along with an out of hours contact number so in the unlikely event of a problem with your catering equipment we are able to provide a fast response to liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to attend to warranty call outs, but we don’t stop there! We even offer preventative maintenance services that help maintain the longevity of your investment to gain the maximum lifecycle benefits from your catering equipment.

Throughout the whole project management process, we work closely with you to provide an outstanding experience. We find this approach has provided us with strong client relationships that span multiple decades across a diverse range of sectors.
